Liquid Flow Sensors from Sensirion - Overview

The media isolated, Swiss made CMOSens® liquid flow sensor establish new standards wherever low liquid flow monitoring, liquid handling and liquid dosing are important. Applications in fields like medical devices, diagnostics and process technology and more often benefit from our solutions.

Our unique CMOSens® Technology allows to measure the liquid flow and to detect bubbles even through the wall of the flow channel (US Patent 6813944) in milliliters, microliters or even nanoliters per minute. Low flow rates below 100 ml/min are the focus of Sensirion.
