CMOSens® combines an economical yet highly precise sensor element with electronics for signal processing on a single chip (ASIC). The housing is made from a high quality, chemically inert PPS plastic.

Technical Data
The differential pressure is measured by a thermal sensor element. This also enables highly precise measurement well under 20 Pa. In comparison with other differential pressure sensors, which operate according to this principle, only an extremely small amount of air is required thanks to CMOSens® Technology. This also enables reliable and stable operation under very harsh conditions.
